Our Mission

Rooted in the person of Jesus Christ, Good Shepherd School is a nurturing, academic environment designed for each child to grow in independence and virtue.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

1. We are centered on the person of Jesus Christ, the Good Shepherd. His presence is reflected throughout our Montessori and Classical programs: in the creative wisdom of the spoken and written word, in the beauty of the fine arts, in the order of mathematics, and in the spirit of love and empathy that we foster in our school community.

2. We are focused on the enormous potential of each child. Good Shepherd School is a place where virtue is forged, through academic inquiry and the fostering of independence and self-motivation. We believe that each child is a unique gift of God.

3. Good Shepherd School recognizes the obstacles that many families face in regards to affording a high-quality Catholic education outside of the home environment. With this in mind, and to the largest extent possible within our own budget, we are committed to making our school affordable for any budget.
