About Mrs. Seiter

Courtney Seiter is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and has worked for 10 years at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC in a program caring for medically complex children. 

Courtney grew up in central Illinois and after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she joined the US Navy Nurse Corps and served 2 tours deployed in support of the War in Afghanistan.  It was while she was stationed in Okinawa, Japan that she met her husband, John, who continues to serve in the US Navy Reserves.  Courtney spent 6 years on active duty then left the military to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania.  

She and her husband live in Purcellville, VA with their 6 busy children and various farm animals.  They are members of St. Francis de Sales parish.
