Tania Hersch has a 11 years of classroom teaching experience in Loudoun and Fairfax County Schools, has served as a mentor to new and in-service teachers, and has worked as a mathematics tutor for students from kindergarten through algebra. She has experience working with a wide range of abilities and learners, from gifted and talented to students with learning challenges. She is currently completing her final coursework for a masters in Mathematics Educational Leadership with a K-8 Math Specialist certification from George Mason University. Tania lives in Round Hill with her husband and four young children, and they are members of St. Francis deSales parish. In recent years, she began homeschooling her children and was drawn to the ideals and the beauty of a classical Christian education. Tania is passionate about helping students to not only excel at mathematics but to also develop a sense of wonder and enthusiasm for the subject!
