Applications for remaining spaces are being considered on a rolling basis. Please inquire about availability.


If you would like to apply to Good Shepherd School for the 2019-2020 academic year, please complete the following online forms:

Part A – Family Information Page: Submit one per family. You do not need to complete more than one time, even if you are enrolling multiple students.

Part B – Student Application: Submit either a Primary Student or Elementary and Middle School School Student Application for each student whom you would like to enroll.

Optional – Financial Aid Application: If you would like apply for financial assistance, please sign up for an account through our linked FACTS page or access your existing FACTS account. Good Shepherd School will cover the financial aid application fee for your family.

Family Interview and Placement: The initial application period is closed. We will contact you upon receiving your competed application to schedule your family interview.
